Electrochemical deposition of nickel from aqueous electrolytic baths prepared by dissolution of metallic powder

چکیده

Abstract A new method of preparation aqueous electrolyte baths for electrochemical deposition nickel targets medical accelerators is presented. It starts with fast dissolution metallic Ni powder in a HNO 3 -free solvent. Such obtained raw solution does not require additional treatment aimed to removal nitrates, such as the acid evaporation and salt precipitation-dissolution. used directly plating after dilution water, setting up pH value possible addition H BO . The ranges from alkaline acidic. Deposition 95% ca. 50 mg dissolved bath takes 3.5 h while acidic it requires 7 h. deposits are physically chemically more stable possess smoother crack-free surfaces compared coatings deposited bath. estimation concentration 2 O electrolytic also proposed.
